Well, why am I?  As I mulled this thought around for the last 3.4 minutes, I figured I’d begin writing to help myself get something down onto this blog.  And why not, eh?  It’s only been weeks since I started it yet not contributed anything…..

First and foremost, as with any blog, this is about expression of self…but in this blog, there’s also going to be expression of “us” regarding my partner and I. We are on the journey of our lives.  We met online, clicked like I’ve never clicked with anyone before and the rest is (semi-recent) history.  In the short time we’ve been dating, we’ve probably been more open and honest with one another whereby it may take some folks YEARS to achieve this sense of intimacy and closeness.  Well, that’s been my experience at least.  A little about her:  She’s funny (darned-funny to say the least), she’s intelligent, she’s amazing and she’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever had the experience to be near….

Secondly, this journey I will share will encompass many different areas of my life….spirituality, mentality, and any other “-ality” I can come up with as well as family issues and hopefully “successes”.  One thing is for sure:  we’re travelling together, enjoying life to the fullest, and taking time to stop and smell the tulips…..yes, tulips.   Ahhhhh, that sweet and wonderful fragrance….. ….despite the speed bumps along the way, all we want is happiness and good times.
